A. You have many options on which
mapping system you want to use by easily switching between them from the control
panel (see below).

on one account?
A. Yes - the units can be used for
fleet management
Q. How do I track my vehicle?
A. You will log into a secure
website with a login id and passcode. All you need is an internet connection and
a web browser.
Q. Can the
trackers alert me if
the vehicle moves?
A. Yes, you can be alerted by PHONE
or EMAIL by setting up the GEOFENCE system.
Q. What if I only log in every
two weeks, will my data still be available?
A. Yes, the real-time
units will store your
data. It stores the last 120 updates.
Q. How can the
gps trackers be
installed on a vehicle?
A. There is an air-tight waterproof
magnetic mount black case that the real-time units and dataloggers can be placed in. (the case is an
optional purchase - this allows the untis to be installed covertly under a
vehicle.). Each case has 25lb magnets installed to ensure that the unit will
firmly attach to any metal surface.

via phone or email. After normal business hours technicians are available via
email.
Q. Is there a warranty on
your GPS Units?
A. Yes, we stand behind our product.
There is a 1 year warranty on all tracking devices. We will repair or replace it if it
malfunctions within the 12 month purchase period. No one else offers this kind of warranty!.
Q. Can
I return my GPS tracker?
A. No. Due to the nature
of the product we DO NOT accept returns for any gps system. All units do carry a
1 YEAR warranty for defects.

Are there any laws against
using GPS Tracking Systems?
A. Yes - there may be laws in your
specific state against placing a gps on someone's vehicle without their
permission. Its up to you to follow and abide by all applicable state laws.
